A Proven Solution for High-Consequence Safety Leadership

Organizations don't hire an EHS executive hoping he'll figure it out under pressure. They hire someone who already has. For 37+ years, across the highest-stakes federal, energy, and industrial programs in the country, that's the leader I've been. What follows isn't a history lesson. It's evidence of what I can be trusted to deliver next, wherever the challenge takes me.

Where I solve problems

Four Questions Hiring Leaders Ask, Answered

"Can this person be trusted with a program that simply cannot fail?"

I oversaw safety for the $828.8M Naval Station Guantanamo Bay Energy Savings Performance Contract, the largest ESPC in U.S. Government history, a three-year program with zero room for error, coordinated across contractor partners and all five branches of the U.S. military.

"Can this person execute flawlessly under extreme operational risk?"

I personally planned and oversaw 100+ helicopter crane lifts at a U.S. Government manufacturing facility, completed over a single holiday weekend to avoid disrupting operations, without a single safety incident.

"Can this person build a safety culture from the ground up, fast?"

On a roughly $1B Mortenson construction project, I implemented a Zero Injury Program and authored a new air-quality policy that earned VP approval, running the site injury-free across approximately 27,000 man-hours.

"Can this person scale across complex, multi-site operations?"

I've led EHS across 5 profit centers and 10 distribution locations at Valspar, 35+ domestic and international projects at Siemens, and a 1,500-worker pipeline program spanning three construction spreads.

This isn't a record of what I once did. It's proof of what I can be trusted to do again, for whatever comes next.
